Job Overview


We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Administrator to join our dynamic team, servicing our customers with precision and professionalism. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless order processing within the customer's SAP system and fostering strong relationships between our business and key customer stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to exercise sound judgment when managing day-to-day operations between businesses. You will be the primary liaison, ensuring smooth communication and efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities



Order Processing & SAP Management

Process customer orders accurately and efficiently in the customer's SAP system, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery.

Monitor and track orders, proactively identifying and resolving any discrepancies or delays.

Maintain accurate records of order transactions, adjustments, and inventory updates in SAP.

Customer & Business Liaison

Act as the primary point of contact between our business and the customer, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of operational issues.

Build and maintain strong working relationships with customer representatives, internal teams, and logistics partners.

Communicate order status, delays, and resolutions effectively, providing timely updates to stakeholders.

Administrative & Operational Support

Support the logistics and operations teams by coordinating necessary documentation

Assist with reporting, invoicing, and reconciliation tasks related to order fulfilment

Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Problem-Solving & Decision-Making

Demonstrate strong judgment and decision-making skills when handling order discrepancies, system errors, or logistics challenges.

Work collaboratively with both internal teams and customers to troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions.

Skills & Experience Required



Essential:

Experience in order processing within a 3PL, supply chain, or logistics environment.

Proficiency in SAP (order entry, inventory management, reporting).

Strong customer service and relationship management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced logistics environment.

High level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).

Desirable:

Previous experience working with third-party logistics providers.

Knowledge of warehouse operations, transport logistics, or supply chain processes.

Experience handling escalations and issue resolution within a customer-driven environment.
