Job Description

Are you an organised professional with a passion for delivering exceptional administrative support? We are looking for someone to play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our rural tree remedial services. This position involves coordinating communication between internal teams and external clients, maintaining high standards of service, and supporting day-to-day operations through tasks such as quotation requests, asset management and general office administration.



Working on a hybrid basis, you will be based in our Birmingham hub office where you will be part of a community of over 100 colleagues across various divisions. This means plenty of exciting events, office socials, health and wellbeing initiatives, and fundraising activities to get involved in.

Main tasks:





An up-to-date knowledge of Microsoft applications i.e. excel, word, power point etc To produce and maintain accurate and well-presented data to report on status and progress of key projects within agreed timescales. To support the team, as required, and carry out administration of compliance and databases including Business Central, Connect, Time Management Software, TRAMPS, Dwellant and ESRI as required. Processing client invoices and working closely with the Carter Jonas Client Accounting and Finance departments Providing support to the team with streamlining processes and reporting Reporting on a weekly / monthly basis to the team meeting Developing and maintaining strong relationships to support the team in its delivery of work on key contracts. Assist with monthly/quarterly and annual reporting to clients. Input to diaries and organising meetings. Any other duties that may be necessary from time to time.

What will it take to be successful?





You will be a strong communicator, with the ability to multitask and liaise with different stakeholders within Carter Jonas and external clients. You will be a quick learner with excellent organisation skills, who focuses on attention to detail and accuracy, along with a good level of Excel knowledge. You must be able to work well under pressure and thrive in fast paced environment.
