The Role



We are currently recruiting a Senior Admin/Branch Support Coordinator to deliver effective administrative support to our Cambridge Housing Society contract. Playing a vital role within the department this is role would be ideal for an experienced administrator.

The Client



Our contract with Cambridge Housing Society is brand new and launching on April 1st. This will be a long term partnership with houses covering the whole of Cambridgeshire, from Wisbech down to Haverhill, although primarily situated in central Cambridge. There are nearly 3,000 properties, mostly houses and flats, and we will be looking after their Repairs, Voids, Cyclical Works and Planned workstreams.

Duties & Responsibilities



Branch Support Coordinator responsibilities will include: o Handle general administrative tasks. o Organise and maintain permits. o Attend meetings as a minute taker, ensuring accurate and timely notes. o Raise purchase orders for subcontractors. o Manage job completions. o Assist with compliance tasks.

Essential and Desirable Criteria



Essential: o Previous experience in an administration role o Excellent IT skills including the use of Microsoft Office o Strong written and verbal communication skills o Experience in managing a challenging workload whilst maintaining high standards. Desirable: o Experience working in the Social Housing sector
