Child and Family Health Devon



Child and Family Health Devon (CFHD) have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Administrator to join our Safeguarding Team - working bases will be in Capital Court and County Hall, Exeter.



Our Senior Administrator will have a key role in supporting the Specialist Safeguarding Team in processing of safeguarding information and providing general administrative and organisational support for the wider business support function.



This is a permanent, PART time position (32 hours per week, Mon-Thur 9.30-4.30, Friday 9.30-4.00) with all the usual benefits offered by the NHS.



Main duties include:



Use of electronic systems (patient record)

Preparation of sensitive electronic and paper files

Data entry

Shared mailboxes

Appointment and training scheduling

Note taking of team meetings

General administrative tasks



Successful applicants will be employed by Torbay and South Devon Foundation Trust



Children and Family Health Devon (CFHD) comprises an Alliance of NHS organisations working together to improve health outcomes for children and young people in Devon, including;

CFHD provides integrated care and treatment for children and young people across physical and mental health which are provided by Torbay and South Devon Foundation Trust and Devon Partnership Trust.



We are working closely with other organisations and providers to ensure we deliver locality and county-wide based integrated access to all of our services, based on the i-Thrive Framework, in response to consultation with our service users and communities.



CFHD works closely with our local universities of Plymouth, Exeter & the Peninsula Medical School where we support students in clinical training placements and in addition support our own staff to undertake post graduate training.



Our integrated care and treatment has been developed and refined in partnership with children, young people and their families/carers.
