Key Responsibilities:
Own and manage high-level administrative tasks and workflows
Provide proactive support to senior management and department heads
Maintain internal documentation, policies, and project timelines
Prepare professional communications, reports, and meeting materials
Coordinate cross-functional meetings, events, and follow-ups
Ensure compliance with internal processes and regulatory standards
Monitor inboxes and task management tools to keep operations on track
Act as a point of contact for external stakeholders, suppliers, and partners
Identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency
What We're Looking For:
2+ years of administrative experience in a fast-paced, professional environment
Exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
Strong written and verbal communication
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Notion, or similar)
Proactive, self-motivated, and calm under pressure
Able to manage multiple priorities with discretion and professionalism
