We are looking for a highly organised and proactive

Administrator

to join our accounting firm. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring smooth administrative processes, and assisting the team with essential tasks. This role requires excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for the following:



Providing administrative support to accountants and senior staff

Acting as a first point of contact for clients: dealing with correspondence, phone calls, incoming enquiries and managing service level standard

Managing client records, documentation, and data entry with accuracy

Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments.

Booking and arranging travel for client meetings.

Handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner

Assisting with invoicing, billing, and processing payments

Organising meetings, appointments, and schedules

Maintaining office supplies and ensuring the smooth running of office operations

Liaising with clients and suppliers when necessary

Supporting HR tasks such as onboarding new employees and managing personnel records

Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations

Conducting research on behalf of the advisors

Requirements:



Previous experience in an administrative role (experience in an accounting or finance environment is a plus)

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks) is an advantage

High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
