This position involves entering data into the learner management systems, assisting learners throughout their training journey, providing Information, Advice, and Guidance (IAG), and performing various general office administrative tasks as assigned. As a senior administrator you will be expected to set the example for junior members and alongside the office manager provide support the Administration team. Additionally, you will need to communicate with customers and learners, demonstrating good phone etiquette and excellent interpersonal skills.
Data Input - support data input to learner management systems.
General office and business administration.
Training course bookings and admin support to the sales, training and management teams.
Understand all aspects of the training onboarding and booking system and perform general admin and housekeeping duties for 3D 360.
Ensure and support all regulatory compliance activities and tasks are completed in a timely manner; Ofsted, ICO, ISO, BCorp, Health & Safety.
From time to time to assist other departments (accounts, purchasing etc.)
Supporting the admin requirements of training delivery - In house, at a 3rd party training facility or at customer's training facility / site.
Supporting Skills Coaches in delivering IAG to learners in line with Matrix or relevant accreditation as used by the company
Liaise with and contact learners by phone, text, email or verbally during courses to ensure they stay engaged and on track to complete the training withing the schedule.
Deal with learner issues, feedback, complaints and provide alternative training dates for learners who cancel or do not attend training sessions.
Ensure all learner paperwork is correct and stored in the correct location for reporting and audit purpose
Able to work both independently, within local office-based team, and larger multidisciplinary teams to deliver training projects
Must pass a DBS check
Must meet the requirements of BPSS the requirements laid out in the UK Government Baseline Personnel Security Standard
