Salary:

23,885 to 25,042 per annum, plus excellent benefits.

Contract Type:

37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year. Fixed term contract until 31st August 2026.

The Management Information Services team is a busy, customer-focused environment to work in supporting cross college initiatives. The MIS and funding team support the wider college teams throughout each stage of the learner journey including systems/process development curriculum planning and monitoring, this role will support with all the necessary administration tasks to achieve this objective. This will be achieved through designing and implementing new efficient and effective processes across college to ensure the college that all data is Audit and ILR compliant, whilst building effective and supportive customer relationships with College staff.



The successful candidate will have experience of working in a busy administrative role, with a Level 3 Business Administration qualification being beneficial. You should have experience of using databases and systems and be confident in data entry. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a large team.
