Job Description

We're looking for a Senior HR Administrator to join our HR Shared Services team based in Rushden.






Location:

Rushden - hybrid working available, with travel to the office required 1-2 days per week

Hours:

37.5 hours per week -

12 Month Fixed Term Contract

What will you be responsible for?





As a Senior HR Administrator, you'll be working within the HR Shared Services team, supporting them in delivering a high-quality employee lifecycle service.



Your day to day will include:


Coordinating daily tasks and ensuring work is completed within deadlines Acting as an escalation point for complex queries and mentoring team members Supporting the Team Manager with root cause analysis and continuous improvement Monitoring performance against KPIs and producing reports to drive service enhancements Providing accurate HR/pay-related administration using Oracle HR and other systems



What are we looking for?





This role of Senior HR Administrator is great for you if:


You have experience in high-volume HR administration, ideally in a Shared Service Centre You're confident using Microsoft Office and HR systems (Oracle HR desirable) You're organised, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure You're a strong communicator with a customer-focused approach You're enthusiastic about creating a positive team culture and supporting others
