We are looking to recruit a Senior Administrator / Senior Coordinator to manage bookings and handle customer enquiries. The work is highly rewarding, providing vital support to schools and being part of a successful growing company. You will be joining our friendly and vibrant office-based team of twenty people and two dogs, working from a modern and comfortable office, five minutes from the centre of Oakham.
You do not need specific qualifications but you should have proven experience working in an office environment. You will be able to confidently communicate with stakeholders of all levels and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Full training will be provided on main duties and tasks:
Effectively negotiate customer contracts
Liaising with candidates to check availability and suitability for roles
Handling customer calls and responding to emails
Maintaining ongoing customer relationships with schools and trusts
General administrative support
Your principal role will be to respond to new school enquiries, take details from the customer and then to assign the role to our nearest available candidate. You will need to have excellent verbal and written communication skills and a confident phone manner.
We are looking for a people person who likes talking to people and who enjoys building relationships with both colleagues and clients.
As part of a growing company you will be expected to get involved with any aspect of the business requiring attention and to support other members of the team, giving you plenty of variety.
