Quarriers are currently recruiting a part time

Senior Administrator

to join our friendly administrative support team.


As a senior member of the team you will work closely with the project manager and hold line manager responsibilities. You will be overseeing a wide range of administrative duties. You will be a key member of the team and have the opportunity to provide significant input in development of processes, procedures and systems within an office hub while navigating a range of different projects and deliverable's related to administrative tasks.

What you'll bring

Relevant professional qualification (e.g. HNC/HND Business Studies or related course), training, or significant administrative experience. Experience in professional minute taking at a senior level. Proven track record in working within office management and administration systems. Ability to manage completing work priorities, deliver the highest quality of work and positive results. Excellent interpersonal skills, with an ability to act as inter-agency liaison, as well as meet and greet visitors to the office. Ability to manage innovation and changes with initiative.
