AJW Group is offering a rare opportunity for a motivated Administrator to step into a full-time Senior Administrator position, supporting the Chairman's PA. This role is ideal for someone who has already gained solid administrative experience and is now ready to take on greater responsibility in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
You'll work closely with the Chairman's PA, providing essential support to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations. The position requires strong organisational skills, resilience, and the ability to manage competing priorities with discretion and professionalism.
What you'll be doing
Maintain an accurate and up-to-date schedule for the Chairman, including coordinating all travel arrangements and producing detailed weekly itineraries.
Organise logistics for international travel and prepare all required documentation, including visa applications where needed.
Proactively manage a high-volume email inbox, ensuring timely, professional correspondence.
Oversee the procurement of supplies and gifts in line with business and personal requirements.
Support the planning and delivery of events, venues, and logistics--often at short notice
Prepare and submit comprehensive business and personal expense reports.
Manage business card records and ensure contact information is consistently maintained and up to date.
Build strong working relationships with internal teams, household staff, and external stakeholders.
Provide flexible support with ad-hoc tasks, errands, and occasional out-of-hours requests.
You have prior administrative experience and are ready to take on a more challenging role.
Highly organised, proactive, and adaptable, with excellent attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and confidence in working with people at all levels.
Professional, discreet, and able to remain calm under pressure.
