About the Role:
We're looking for a strategic and commercially driven Senior Affiliate Manager to join our high-performing digital team and take our affiliate program to the next level. As Senior Affiliate Manager, youll lead ME+EMs affiliate strategy, owning everything from top-tier partner relationships to campaign execution and ROI optimization. This is a pivotal role combining brand building with performance marketing. Youll be a key driver of new customer acquisition and digital revenue, whilst ensuring the brand feels elevated and aspirational, and communicates our Modern Luxury proposition across both UK and international markets.
Responsibilities:
Own and grow ME+EMs global affiliate programme, managing relationships with a diverse portfolio of partnersfrom high-impact content creators to global networks.
Devise and implement data-led strategies to acquire new customers, improve conversion, and maximize partner performance in line with benchmark ROI.
Build and nurture strong relationships with publishers, influencers, and affiliate platforms.
Launch seasonal campaigns and tactical promotions through affiliate channels, ensuring brand consistency and commercial impact.
Use analytics platforms to monitor performance, report on KPIs, and continuously optimize campaigns for efficiency and growth.
Collaborate with internal teams (Creative, Brand, CRM, and E-comm) to align affiliate activity with broader marketing goals.
Lead on the affiliate influencer budget, forecasting and delivering revenue targets across all platforms (LTK, ShopMy, Klarna Creator)
Lead and mentor the Junior Influencer Marketing Executive, ensuring they build expertise as the business grows
Work cross-functionally between both Growth and Brand teams to align efforts and maximise impact across all influencer marketing for ME+EM
Stay ahead of industry trends, platform developments, and creator innovations
Skills:
Previous experience in affiliate marketing, ideally within a premium fashion, beauty or lifestyle brand.
Deep network of influencer and affiliate relationships across UK and US and experience with platforms such as ShopMy, LTK.
Brand-centered thinking with strong commercial acumen and an analytical mindset.
Proven track record of planning and delivering multi-market campaigns with measurable results
Highly organised, confident communicator, and natural relationship builder
