We're looking for a Senior Agile Lead to coach product development teams toward whole-system optimisation for value, adaptability and sustainability. You'll lead continuous improvement activities to remove the barriers to delivery, organisational learning and timely response to change.


You'll be part of our Product Development Team, whose mission is to drive efficient, collaborative and adaptive delivery across our organisation - helping us continually improve how we create value for our customers and partners.


The Role


By joining our team you'll:

Lead refinement and prioritisation across a shared backlog to ensure coherent delivery of the highest value work across multiple teams Define and embed adaptive processes that optimise delivery for value and learning at scale Coach teams and leaders in agile practices and delivery excellence, fostering autonomy, collaboration, and continuous improvement Facilitate cross-team coordination, planning and retrospectives to improve alignment and transparency Use metrics to identify flow impediments, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement across delivery chains Collaborate with peers to share insights and approaches, ensuring alignment and promoting continuous improvement across teams Lead system thinking and improvement initiatives that enable sustainable pace, global optimisation and organisational adaptability.

Requirements



What you can bring to our team:



Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks and scaling practices, with the ability to tailor and blend approaches that best fit Experience managing multiple teams or areas with the same objectives Clear communication skills & confident facilitating large-scale planning and improvement sessions Experience coaching and mentoring others A strong grasp of systems thinking and how to design structures that optimise value and flow Able to identify and prioritise improvements across multiple teams The ability to collaborate, influence and resolve challenges across multiple functions and senior stakeholders Understanding of engineering practices and how to align delivery approaches with technical realities Experience across platform or infrastructure teams, with internal customers would be beneficial
