We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior AI and Automation Architect to lead the design and implementation of advanced AI and automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI, machine learning, and automation technologies, with a proven track record of delivering impactful projects in the professional services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the architecture and design of AI and automation solutions to address complex business challenges. Drive forward our ambitions for Agentic Process Automation and AI. Significantly expand and enhance existing automation and AI solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI and automation integration. Develop and implement scalable AI models and algorithms. Oversee the deployment and maintenance of AI systems and automation tools. Ensure the security, reliability, and performance of AI and automation solutions. Form strong relationships with business stakeholders to understand their needs and drive successful AI initiatives. Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI and automation technologies. Mentor and guide junior team members in AI and automation best practices.

Requirements for the role

Extensive experience in AI and automation architecture. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, and R. Expertise in Automation Anywhere, Azure AI services, Agentic Process Automation, and AI agents. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically. Strong communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the professional services industry. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in professional services. Familiarity with data privacy and security standards
