About Truzentia

We're a UK Innovation Grant-funded startup building production-grade multi-agent AI infrastructure. We received funding based on the strength of our technical approach - we're building systems that don't exist yet in the market. This isn't another wrapper on an LLM API.

The Role

50-60 days over 3-4 months (December 2025 - March 2026, ) Remote, UK-based only (must have the right to work in the UK) Start: ASAP Rate: 400-500 per day depending on experience

You're an experienced engineer who delivers complex production systems to specification. When requirements are unclear, you seek clarification rather than making assumptions. You communicate proactively - if something's blocked, we know the same day.

You're comfortable with code review, technical oversight, and accountability for outcomes. You take ownership of what you deliver.

You'll work directly with the founder on genuinely novel architecture. Your work ships to production and forms the foundation of a funded product. For the right engineer, this is a chance to build something meaningful with real technical depth, not maintain legacy systems or chase tickets.

Must-Have Skills

Python - Expert (5+ years, production) LangChain/LangGraph - Multi-agent orchestration, teams of agents working together, tool calling, state management FastAPI - Production APIs, REST endpoints Third-Party Integrations - Microsoft Outlook (email and calendar), Google Calendar, Gmail, Slack, Microsoft Teams, health APIs (Apple Health, Oura), HR systems Docker - Production containerisation Git + CI/CD - GitHub Actions, clean PRs, automated testing

Bonus Skills

AWS (EC2, S3, deployment) Neo4j or graph databases Keycloak or authentication systems Voice AI (ElevenLabs, Whisper) Load testing (Locust or similar) Redis

What You'll Deliver

Multi-agent orchestration layer - complex agents coordinating as teams FastAPI backend connecting agents to the front-end application Third-party integrations (Microsoft Outlook, Google Calendar, Gmail, Slack, Teams, health APIs, HR systems) CI/CD pipeline Production deployment with monitoring GDPR-compliant features including consent mechanisms, data security, and user rights handling
All systems must be robust, tested, and production-ready. Timesheets and milestone reporting are required for grant compliance.
