We're now hiring an experienced Amazon Marketplace Manager to lead performance growth, new product launches, and

brand expansion across international marketplaces

. This is a hands-on, high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands what it takes to succeed on Amazon across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities



Manage and optimise Amazon Seller Central

accounts across UK, EU, and US marketplaces
*

Own and monitor performance KPIs,

including conversion rate, session volume, and organic ranking trends across all marketplaces.
*

Implement dynamic pricing strategies

that protect profit margins while staying competitive in the vitamins and supplements category.
*

Collaborate with the supply chain team

to support demand forecasting and replenishment planning based on seasonal trends and keyword performance.
*

Optimise product launch timelines

using real-time keyword trend analysis to maximise visibility and impact from day one.
*

Conduct regular competitor benchmarking

for imagery, pricing, content positioning, and keyword strategy to identify opportunities for brand improvement.
*

Recommend bundle and cross-sell strategies

to enhance average order value and increase product visibility.
*

Maintain backend listing health

by ensuring that flat files, variation structures, and technical data are accurate and error-free. Proactively resolve suppressed ASINs and update listings.
*

Test and report on A/B content experiments

, including titles, bullet points, and images, to drive ongoing improvements to listings.
*

Troubleshoot catalogue issues and suppressed listings

via Seller Central case log management and liaise with Amazon support where necessary.
*

Stay up to date with Amazon policy changes

, compliance guidelines, and category-specific regulations that impact supplements and wellness products in the UK, EU, and US.

Confidently delegate tasks and collaborate across remote and in-house teams

, including creative, operations, and marketing, to ensure seamless execution of brand strategy.

What We're Looking For



3+ years' experience managing Amazon Seller Central account Minimum 1-2 years of experience managing Amazon EU marketplaces (e.g. Germany, France, Spain, Italy) - essential Proven knowledge of Amazon SEO, keyword research, and listing optimisation Experience with flat file uploads, A+ content, and Brand Registry Highly analytical and confident with performance data Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive A self-starter who thrives with autonomy and takes initiative to identify growth levers, streamline operations, and drive results without heavy oversight. Excellent written English skills with an eye for content quality Experience working with

FMCG

products or fast-moving wellness/supplement brands - a strong bonus
