Job Title: Senior Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis
FLSA Status: Exempt

Position Overview:
Part of Finance organisation, International FP&A team manages the budgeting, forecasting and analytical processes for more than twenty countries across Europe, Middle East, Australia and Canada and many others to come through our International Expansion markets.
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team. This role will play a critical part in driving financial transparency and operational efficiency across the organisation. You will be responsible for consolidating operating expenses, leading monthly budget reviews with business stakeholders, maintaining headcount tracking, and championing continuous improvement initiatives in financial processes and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Manager FP&A Consolidation, you will play a key role in driving financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making across the organisation, with a particular focus on International Marketing & Sales Excellence budget ownership, Market Access, and Intl GM departments.Reporting and Business Partnering Marketing Budget Ownership & Analysis

Deliver monthly financial performance analysis including OpEx Tracker mainly for the Marketing team.
Partner with department heads to ensure budget accountability and informed decision-making.
Follow up on the spend with the individual budget owners and align on PO.OpEx Consolidation Forecast

Lead OpEx Latest Estimate process.
Lead OpEx and Headcount consolidation forecasting processes.
Assist with the centralised costs calculation.
Assist in the 5-year Strategic Plan for OpEx and Headcount.
Support IMSE, Value Market Access Intl, and Intl GM cost centre.Month-End & Reporting

Assist with monthly closing processes, including OpEx adjustment requests to accounting, accruals consolidation.
Provide content and insights for monthly financial report and Budget reviews.
Update the headcount tracker and align with HR on current positions and hiring plans.Process Improvement & Systems Support

Lead continuous improvement initiatives for reporting and forecasting processes.
Support financial systems implementation and enhancements.Revenue Consolidation Forecast

Support the Revenue consolidation forecast for International.
Support efforts to streamline and improve the consolidation processes.Ad hoc requests

Perform ad-hoc financial analyses to support business decisions and strategic initiatives.
Experience/Competencies
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred; MBA or CPA/CGMA would be an advantage.
Strong understanding of financial systems and reporting tools (e.g., Hyperion, SAP, SAC, Power BI, Tableau).
Proven track record of leading process improvement and transformation projects would be an advantage.
Advanced Excel required. Financial modelling skills and experience with automation tools is a plus.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Team-oriented and solid interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in the Healthcare industry is a plus but not required.
Fluent in English (additional European language is a plus).
