Our specialist advisory team brings together expertise from media and digital agencies, technology companies and brand marketing, to evaluate the effectiveness of each component of the media eco-system, determining where it can be improved.

The company works with over 50 clients and has over 100 employees across the UK, New York & India. THE ROLE This is a vital role in which you are accountable for the delivery of MediaSense's products. We expect senior analysts to play a lead role in training junior analysts, whilst leading the day-to-day QA of an analysts work to ensure any mistakes are captured. Senior analysts should also work closely with managers, consultants and directors to establish good project management internally and clear agency communication externally. The senior analysts are the engine room of our business.



Key roles and responsibilities will include:

Working with little support from managers and client teams to implement and carry out media performance trackers (Abaci calculations) across multiple media and markets for international clients while helping to guide junior analysts.

Working alongside managers and client teams to help develop in-depth media campaign evaluations, supporting more junior members of the team. Playing a key role in the analytics of pitch management projects to evaluate media buying offers, picking out key issues in proposed schedules to contribute to negotiation briefs. Substantial data processing of large sets of UK and International market data, ensuring data is theoretically correct and raising any key issues with Managers, while training more junior members of the team in this process. Leading communication with agencies to address issues with the quality of market data and performance tracking workings to ensure our analysis is fair and logical. Working with managers and directors to ensure the agency is held to account on agreed timelines. Helping with a wide variety of tasks on an ad-hoc basis to support the ongoing growth of our company. Keeping informed of the latest developments across the media & marketing landscape, supported by internal & external training opportunities.


THE ESSENTIALS



You are someone with

A minimum of 2 Years experience in a similar role. Very good knowledge of all media channels (online and offline) and excellent theoretical understanding of all the data parameters we would request from the agency in our post buy templates.

o Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Tableau and good knowledge of Alteryx. o Using these tools to structure data in a clear and methodical way and spotting patterns and trends in the data to extract relevant insights.

Consistently demonstrates deep understanding of media maths; able to quickly & confidently apply to relevant media scenarios. * Exhibits a pro-active, positive attitude to work. Demonstrates a curious mindset & a desire to learn.
