The Organisational Development, Strategy and Governance Team sits within the Neighbourhood Services Directorate, overseeing performance management and service planning, communications, Business Continuity and risk.
We need high-quality performance management information to provide effective business intelligence to inform our decisions and evidence how we are supporting the delivery of the Council Plan.To do this, we are looking for someone with experience of using and creating performance dashboards on PowerBi to develop the use of these across the Directorate.
The role will also include providing reliable and timely data and analysis to support Neighbourhood Services directorate and to support discrete elements of data analysis tasks and projects as identified by Neighbourhood Services
We are looking for someone who adopts a proactive and forward-thinking approach, has excellent analytical and data skills and who can present performance information in an innovative and creative way.

Full-time employees work 37 hours for 52 weeks of the year and we offer a generous holiday entitlement. We are open to discussions about a wide range of flexible working opportunities which benefit you and the Council, including reduced hour contracts, working part time or as a job share.
If you are appointed to this role, your starting salary will be at the bottom of the grade. If you provide pay slip evidence that your basic pay is greater than the bottom of the grade, we will consider starting you at the point of minimum advantage within the grade.
