Job Summary




































What is the opportunity? This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly motivated Utilities & Renewables team in an established global top 10 investment bank. You will further develop your understanding of the Utilities & Renewables sector while helping to advise clients on acquisitions, divestitures, and raising capital. What will you do?

• Gather public information through numerous sources
• Create financial model analyses
• Analyse company performance on an absolute and relative basis
• Assist in preparation of marketing pitch books and related materials
• Assist in execution of mandated deals
• Provide mentoring and training to Analysts
• Prepare marketing documents for clients

What do you need to succeed?

• Previous M&A advisory experience (Investment Banking / Large consultancy)
• Demonstrable Investment Banking transaction experience and a comprehensive understanding of the valuation approaches typically used
• Prior experience covering the utilities / renewables sector
