Role Overview:



We are seeking a results-driven

Senior Analytics Consultant

with 7-10 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of technical expertise and business acumen, and will lead strategic initiatives, deliver data solutions, and help clients unlock insights for performance improvement.

Key Responsibilities:



Collaborate with clients to understand business objectives and define data analytics strategies aligned to outcomes. Design, develop, and deploy scalable analytics solutions and dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik. Perform data wrangling, cleansing, and transformation using SQL, Python, or R. Drive insights using statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning where applicable. Work across cross-functional teams to integrate analytics with business processes. Deliver actionable recommendations through impactful data storytelling and visualizations. Mentor junior analysts and contribute to internal capability building. Support proposals, pre-sales activities, and stakeholder presentations. Stay current with industry trends and emerging analytics technologies.

Required Skills and Experience:



7-10 years of professional experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data consulting. Hands-on expertise with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik). Proficiency in SQL and at least one scripting language (Python or R). Strong understanding of data architecture, ETL processes, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP). Experience with statistical techniques, regression, clustering, and forecasting models. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to lead client engagements or complex data projects. Experience working in a consulting or client-facing environment is highly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:



Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or related field. Certifications in relevant tools/platforms (e.g., Microsoft Power BI, Azure Data Engineer, Tableau Certified Professional). Experience in process improvement or automation projects (RPA, BPM, etc.) is a plus.
