Why are we hiring a Senior Anonymization Specialist? We are hiring a Senior Anonymization Specialist as we continue to grow and develop as an organization. In this role you will be working closely with the Manager within Transparency Services where you will be anonymizing clinical trial documents and de-identifying datasets within our transparency software called Blur.

What to expect?
o Working to analyze, modify, and correct clinical documents within Blur as the role of Anonymizer.
o Acting as Technical Lead, responsible for successful completion of projects, and team oversight to ensure quality deliverables.
o Providing mentoring/training regarding services and company tools/applications.
o Working on multiple projects, manage priorities and timelines with a vast number of clients.
o Providing feedback to our product development team to improve our solutions for both our internal delivery and external customers.
o Reviewing and approving or rejecting clinical datasets within Blur as the role of Reviewer
o Ability to lead process improvement activities.
o Adhering to the Company\'s Quality Management System to ensure that all work is handled Securely, Professionally and Diligently.
o Adherence to our Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure all work is handled securely, professionally and diligently.

Skills you\'ll need:
o Proven experience and understanding of clinical trial transparency
o Experience with transparency regulations to include but not limited to, EMA Policy 0070 and Heath Canada Public Release of Clinical Information
o Excellent project management skills and ability to prioritize multiple assignments
o Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality
