We are seeking a talented and forward-thinking Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong design sensibility, technical proficiency, and excellent communication skills, with a passion for delivering functional and visually compelling spaces. You will lead architectural projects from concept through to completion, ensuring alignment with client expectations, regulatory standards, and sustainable design principles.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design of residential and mixed-use architectural schemes.
Oversee projects from initial concept through to final delivery.
Supervise and mentor junior architects and designers.
Collaborate closely with clients to translate their vision into innovative and buildable solutions.
Produce detailed architectural drawings using CAD and 3D modelling software (e.g. SketchUp, 3ds Max, Grasshopper 3D, Revit, AutoCAD).
Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables effectively.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders throughout the construction lifecycle.
Ensure all work complies with relevant building codes, planning policies, and health & safety standards.
Requirements
Degree in Architecture (Part III qualified).
Minimum of 2 years' experience in residential and commercial architectural projects.
Proficiency in 3D modelling softwares.
Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to oversee multiple projects concurrently..
Exceptional attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
Able to work collaboratively within a team, while demonstrating initiative and self-motivation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client satisfaction.
Required to be an ARB/RIBA registered architect.
Have to have residential planning experience in particular housing.
