is seeking an accomplished and ambitious senior architect to join our growing team in London, UK and lead exceptional design-led residential projects.



We are an international practice recognised for crafting elegant and contemporary architecture with high-end villas and luxury interiors. Our portfolio spans from the UK to Middle East, across Asia and continues to grow.



We are now looking to expand our senior team.



Summary of the role:





The Senior Architect, is responsible to lead high-end private residential and multi-unit projects from concept through completion, managing clients, consultants, and internal teams with confidence. Will ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard, while contributing to the studio's culture, operations, and strategic growth.

Key responsibilities:




Lead high-end private residential and multi-unit projects at varying scales and complexity Oversee project delivery from concept to completion Manage clients, consultants, and internal teams with confidence Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard Help shape and support studio culture and operations Contribute strategic thinking to practice growth Work closely with directors and other senior staff


Qualifications




Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Architecture ARB registered with minimum 10 years of experience and proven track record of completed projects proven experience in high-end residential and luxury hospitality sectors



Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:




a confident and clear communicator with strong team leadership and client management skills excellent design and technical knowledge with design management experience proficiency in BIM360, Navisworks, Revit, or other 3D platforms technical detailing, NBS specifications, FIDIC or JCT Contract knowledge



Working conditions and Environment:




The position is office based from London, UK The position has no international business travel requirements.
