As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and thoughtful

Team Lead

to join our close-knit studio. This is a pivotal role for someone who is not only a talented designer and project manager, but also a passionate advocate for sustainable architecture.

Key Responsibilities

Lead projects from concept to completion, ensuring technical and design excellence Mentor junior staff and contribute to a supportive studio culture Act as client point of contact and oversee consultant coordination Champion the integration of Passivhaus principles throughout the design process

About You

ARB-registered architect with 5+ years of post-qualification experience Certified Passivhaus Designer or demonstrable equivalent experience Proven ability to lead teams and deliver complex projects Strong design sensibility with attention to detail Confident communicator with a collaborative mindset
