Job Description

Transaction Banking department is responsible for the product ownership of Corporate and Financial institution client's Trade Finance, Commodity Finance, Cash Management, E-banking product as well as Corporate client's Account, Payment, Deposit, overdraft services. As a Senior Associate Cash Management - Mandarin Speaking, you will be supporting the management and enhancement of corporate accounts' products, online banking products and payment products, with a strategic focus on supporting international trade settlement and expanding the cross-border RMB transaction volumes. You will play an important role in driving product development, optimising operational processes and supporting the Bank's broader business development strategies within the Transaction Banking space. This is a full time permanent position.

Key responsibilities

Assist with cash management system on accounts and relative products such as deposit, payment and e-banking Liaise with Corporate Banking and Banking departments and sub-branches to promote account services Assist in the preparation and presentation of account service solutions to customers Assist in the promotion of cross-border RMB business and international trade settlement Conduct local market surveys on accounts, cross-border RMB services and other relative products of the Bank Support with system testing and upgrading Contribute to improve policies and procedures relating to the offered products

Requirements

Degree educated preferably in Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or Accounting Relevant work experience in Banking is preferred Knowledge of payment systems, principles, and regulatory frameworks is preferred Proficient in a variety of IT tools such as MS Office, VBA, SQL Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities Excellent English and Mandarin communication skills Good report writing skills Highly organised High attention to detail and accuracy
