Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Manage complex, high-value commercial property caseload (landlord & tenant focus)
Build/maintain client relationships and develop new business
Drive team growth through management, marketing, and business development
Partnership progression track with training/support

Ideal Candidate

Qualified Solicitor/Legal Executive with caseload management experience--at least 7 PQE equivalent. Must demonstrate commercial property expertise (especially landlord/tenant), business development interest, calm proactivity under pressure, and exceptional client communication aligned with human-first values.
