The Role

Our dynamic and committed Real Estate department is seeking a new commercial Senior Associate/Legal Director to join our Putney office or central London office to grow and develop the practice further. The firm is ranked as a Top 100 law firm by The Lawyer.


This role would suit those wishing to work in a warm, collegiate environment, where associates at every level are encouraged to either lead or support business development and management initiatives.


We're leaders in our field and our energetic team is looking for someone who can deal with a variety of substantial transactions which include;


Acquisitions and disposals of sites for commercial use The grant, renewal and termination of leases and related matters Development of sites Joint venture agreements Conditional letting, sale and purchase contracts

Technical skills and expertise

We are looking for a technically excellent 5+PQE solicitor who can demonstrate a strong and broad commercial focus.


The successful candidate will be highly motivated and professional, be a quick thinker and fast learner, while being ambitious and flexible in your approach to getting work done.


It is also essential that you are able to demonstrate that you can develop and maintain good client relationships. You will lead by example and be a role model to junior team members.
