What you'll be doing:



We are seeking up to two talented individuals to join our dynamic Specialist Lines team. This is an exciting opportunity to work across a diverse and intellectually stimulating portfolio of legal matters, including:



Commercial Litigation: Encompassing property disputes, debt recovery, and broader commercial conflicts. Commercial Insurance: Covering marine claims, property damage, and complex insurance disputes. Marine and Regulatory Work: Involving casualty claims, international sanctions compliance and regulatory.

This role offers exposure to high-value, multi-jurisdictional matters and the chance to work with leading professionals in the field.



Key Responsibilities:



Client Relationships:

Develop trusted client partnerships by delivering clear, commercially focused legal advice, taking ownership of matters, and responding promptly to queries.



Leadership:

Drive strategic goals, uphold firm values, foster collaboration, and lead cross-functional initiatives that promote innovation and growth.



Business Development:

Enhance the firm's profile through presentations, product innovation, media engagement, and active participation in growth-focused initiatives.



What do I need?



We're looking for individuals who bring intellectual rigour, professional integrity, and a collaborative spirit. The ideal candidate will:



Be a qualified solicitor with solid litigation experience. Demonstrate a strong academic background. Be hardworking, proactive, and well-organised. Thrive both independently and within a team setting. Communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally. Show a willingness to learn and deepen technical expertise. Think critically and challenge constructively when appropriate.

Personal and Technical Excellence



Maintain exemplary professional standards while meeting performance targets. Operate independently, demonstrating expertise and a strong reputation in your practice area. Serve as a technical resource within the department, contributing to training and knowledge-sharing. Communicate complex legal concepts confidently across various platforms.
