Role Overview:




The Senior Associate plays a critical role in the delivery of high-quality client work, contributing strong analytical thinking, structured problem solving, and clear communication. Senior Associates operate with greater autonomy than Associates, may manage defined components of projects, and are trusted contributors to both internal and client-facing activities. They also support thought leadership, business development, and the development of junior team members.

Responsibilities:



Collaborate with Associates, Consultants, and project teams to support clients in making informed decisions about their products through robust primary and secondary research, data analysis, and insight generation Deliver high-quality research and analysis for strategic value, market access, pricing, and access policy projects, contributing to the development of client-ready insights and recommendations that are both analytically rigorous and clearly presented Plan and manage assigned components of projects, including defined workstreams or small projects with guidance Synthesize evidence from literature reviews, data analysis, and expert input into clear, logically structured insights Communicate findings effectively through well-structured written deliverables and presentations, contributing confidently to client meetings and discussions Continue to develop analytical and problem-solving skills through independent analysis, feedback, and on-the-job learning Create high-quality thought leadership content, including blog posts, articles, case studies, and conference materials that are innovative, relevant, and thought-provoking Work collaboratively within teams, provide guidance to junior colleagues, and actively participate in feedback, coaching, and development conversations.

Key Requirements:




Must have the right to work in the UK. No sponsorship will be offered for this role.

Experience & Skills

Strong first-degree (minimum 2.1), preferably in a scientific discipline or business/economic discipline; Masters or PhD valuable Demonstrated experience in research, analysis, and insight development within a consulting, research, or professional services environment Strong understanding of healthcare systems and the pharmaceutical and medical device environment Proven ability to structure analyses and communicate ideas clearly in written and verbal formats Ability to work independently and collaboratively on project teams Experience managing discrete workstreams or small projects with some autonomy Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Professional working proficiency in English
Communication & Collaboration

Clear, concise, and professional communicator with clients and internal stakeholders Comfortable presenting prepared materials and addressing basic client questions Collaborative team player with the ability to guide and support junior colleagues Ability to work independently and as part of project teams
