We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Residential Property Solicitor to join our client's renowned Exeter based Residential Property team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property law, with the ability to drive transactions from inception to completion.

You will deal with a very busy caseload of domestic property work. The successful applicant will have experience of handling a wide range of property transactions including sales, purchases, leases, re-mortgages, equity release, shared ownership and transfer of equity and will be capable of working in a busy team.

Duties

Manage a caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, and leases. Provide clear and concise legal advice to clients throughout the transaction process. Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and care plans. Conduct due diligence and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations. Communicate effectively with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions. Maintain accurate records and manage case files using IT systems efficiently. Stay updated on changes in property law and market trends to provide informed advice. Assist clients with any queries or concerns related to their property transactions.

Qualifications

Qualified Solicitor with relevant experience in residential property law. Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex legal concepts clearly. Proficient in IT applications related to legal practice management. Experience working with care plans is advantageous. A background in childcare or experience working with children is a plus but not essential. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail are required for managing multiple cases effectively.

Pay: 62,000.00-75,000.00 per year
