Location: London Office Based EC1V 7LQ, (Mon-Thurs in office, Friday remote)

Are you ready to take ownership of high-impact, cross-functional projects that drive commercial and operational success?
Wayfair is looking for a Senior Associate to join our Global Ops Retail Analytics team within the North America and EU Retail Analytics function. You'll partner across commercial, category management, and operational teams to shape strategic initiatives with global scope. You'll lead projects in fast-evolving spaces, solve complex challenges using data, and build influence across stakeholders in both Europe and North America.

What You'll Do
Lead cross-functional initiatives that align commercial and operational teams on key priorities
Own the end-to-end delivery of complex, high-ambiguity projects tied to measurable outcomes
Build and nurture strong working relationships with stakeholders across multiple departments
Use data-driven insights to resolve cross-domain business challenges and influence strategic decisions
Collaborate closely with technical teams to bridge current capabilities with future goals
Support implementation of project plans, ensuring commercial impact is always top of mind
Work with Category Management to bring early-stage concepts to life and execute them at scale
Coordinate execution across global teams, ensuring alignment, pace, and measurable progress
What You'll Need
Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence cross-functional stakeholders
3+ years of experience in eCommerce, corporate retail, consulting, or a related commercial/strategic environment
Strong business acumen and the ability to see challenges from supplier and customer perspectives
Self-starter mindset, comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
High resilience, adaptability, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving
Excellent analytical and quantitative skills - confident working with large datasets and translating them into actionable insights
Experience with or interest in data tools and programming languages (Google BigQuery, SQL, R, Python - a plus)
Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritise, delegate, and drive execution
