Manager to join our friendly team.

Are you an experienced Technical Project Manager with a passion for delivering
exceptional event experiences? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you.
As a Senior Technical Project Manager, you'll provide technical production
solutions and costs to the Business Management team, then once an event
confirms you will be responsible for the planning, logistics and delivery of the
event technical services. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Technical
Project Manager to showcase their skills in a quality-driven and fast-paced
environment.
Key Responsibilities
:
o Responsible for end-to-end technical delivery of event projects, ensuring
adherence to our ISO health and safety, quality, and environmental
standards.
o Prepare comprehensive technical costs for Account/Event Managers or
clients, utilising efficient software tools such as Visio/Hirehop/TeamTrack.
o Collaborate with the creative team to devise stage sets within specified
briefs and budgets.
o Complete thorough venue site inspections to capture all pre-planning
requirements.
o Collaborate effectively with the entire Quadrant team to deliver flawless
events, achieving appropriate business profit margins through supplier
negotiation and commercial acumen.
o Plan and allocate resources for confirmed events, including onsite teams,
equipment, and vehicles.
o Lead and manage onsite technical teams during events, ensuring the care
and maintenance of all equipment.
o Maintain proactive communication and uphold excellent relationships with
venues and suppliers to ensure optimal service and commercial value for
clients.
o Ensure compliance with all company and client policies, including privacy
and security protocols.
Role Requirements
:
Essential
o 4-6 years' experience in Technical Project Management within the
corporate event industry.
o Proficient in Video, Audio, Lighting, Staging, Rigging, and Streaming.
o Customer-centric approach with adaptive problem-solving skills.
o Excellent Organisation and team leadership skills
o Full UK driving license
o Willingness to travel, including weekends and occasional overseas trips.
Desirable
o Experience with Viso, Hirehop and TeamTrack software.
