Role Overview

We are looking for a

Technical Project Manager

to lead end-to-end implementation and delivery of Synchtank's software solutions. In this highly cross-functional role, you will manage projects that touch every part of our platform.

You'll work closely with enterprise clients, product teams, engineers, and onboarding specialists to ensure seamless delivery, high customer satisfaction, and measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during onboarding and implementation phases. Lead technical project delivery including scoping, planning, and execution of deployment milestones. Assist in managing cybersecurity protocols and compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2). Coordinate cross-functional teams (internal and external) to meet timelines and delivery goals. Gather and translate client requirements into structured configuration plans and user stories. Conduct regular status updates, risk assessments, and issue resolution with clients. Collaborate with product and engineering to flag feature needs, bugs, or integration issues. Maintain accurate documentation for each project including timelines, specs, and client notes. Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery and project processes.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in a technical project management, client implementation, or solutions delivery role--ideally in a SaaS, media, or music tech environment. Experience managing cybersecurity protocols and compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2), including risk assessments, access controls, and secure data handling as part of technical delivery. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage client relationships across complex technical projects. Comfortable working with APIs, ingestion tools, CMS/DAM systems, or data mapping processes. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Jira) and spreadsheet-based data analysis (Excel/CSV). Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Strong technical fluency; ability to translate between client needs and platform capabilities.

Nice to Have

Experience in music publishing, sync licensing, broadcast, or production music. Understanding of cue sheet management, rights structures, or royalty workflows. Familiarity with scripting, SQL, or metadata validation tools.

Pay: 38,835.76-50,000.00 per year
