We're recruiting for a Senior Audit Manager to join us. We're offering acompetitive base salary and car allowance.


You play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Asset Management business with a focus on Private Markets.


What you'll be doing:

Conducting annual risk assessments and updating the audit plan Executing risk-based audit plans and managing audit resources Identifying opportunities to use technology for audit efficiency Communicating audit results and agreeing on actionable recommendations Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders Monitoring regulatory and business changes and proposing audit responses Providing input to senior management on significant risk areas Supporting the development of junior team members through coaching

Qualifications

Who we're looking for:

Professional auditing, accounting, or actuarial qualification (CIIA, ACA, ACCA, IFoA) or equivalent experience Strong knowledge of internal audit standards, risk management, and corporate governance Experience in managing internal audit delivery within financial services Proven leadership skills in directing audit programmes and quality control Excellent communication and influencing abilities Ability to adapt to change and manage multiple priorities Strong analytical and judgement skills Commitment to treating customers fairly and embedding these principles in audit practices
