30,000-35000( depending on experience) |

Hours:

Monday to Friday 8am-5.30pm|

No Weekends

What You'll Be Doing

Converting inbound enquiries into bookings

-- clearly, confidently, consistently

Authorising red work

from vehicle health checks -- aiming for 80%+ conversion

Explaining technical issues

in customer-friendly language that builds trust

Producing accurate estimates

based on technician reports -- no guesswork

Owning incoming calls, bookings, and payments

with confidence and accuracy

Keeping customers updated

clearly and professionally throughout the day

Liaising with technicians

to keep jobs on track and avoid delays

Following up on missed sales and previous work recommendations

Handling objections

with skill, not pressure

Who We're Looking For

You've done it before

-- experience as an Automotive Service Advisor is essential.

You're a people person

-- confident, professional, and quick to build rapport.

You're highly organised

-- capable of juggling multiple tasks at once.

You explain things clearly

-- without jargon or waffle.

You don't shy away from sales

-- but you know trust comes first.

You're a team player

-- no drama, just dependable support.

What We Offer

30,000-35,000+ salary, depending on experience Monday to Friday 8am to 5.30pm working hours -- no weekends 28 days' holiday, including bank holidays Regular Service Advisor-specific training every [8] weeks pension
