The Limes Country Lodge, a privately owned 27-bedroom hotel, restaurant, conference, and wedding venue in Solihull, Warwickshire, is seeking a Bar & Waiting staff to join our team.
We are seeking Bar & Waiting Staff to join our expanding independent hotel and help us maintain our reputation for excellent service. This is an excellent career opportunity for an experienced s.
You will be responsible for:
Assisting with weddings and functions, including shutdown
Checking Guests in upon arrival
Assisting in the restaurant
Greeting guests, checking Guests in to their rooms and checking them out .
Upselling to guests and working to maximize profitability.
All aspects of bar work
Ensuring all documentation is up to date and being hands-on in all aspects of the role.

Qualifications
Previous restaurant experience Proficient in serving and guest services Knowledge of food safety regulations Strong time management skills Basic math skills for handling transactions Experience in food preparation and kitchen operations Background in hospitality is a plus Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
