We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barber to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in barbering techniques and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

As a barber at Raisa's you will be able to cut all hair types and cater to any person that comes into our shop. You will play a crucial role in the growth of our business as we look to expand physically and digitally - ensuring the services provided are nothing short of quality standard and showcased to be the better than the competition.

Duties

Perform haircuts, shaves, and styling services for clients, adhering to their preferences and current trends. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, tools, and equipment. Consult with clients to understand their needs and provide professional advice on styles and grooming. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and customer service skills. Stay updated on the latest trends in barbering and hair styling techniques to offer clients the best services available. Promote salon products and services to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Barber who can cut all hair types (Caucasian, Afro, European etc) Proficient in hair styling techniques, including cutting, shaving, and beard grooming. Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to engage effectively with clients. Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanour. A valid barbering qualification or certification is preferred but not mandatory for skilled individuals. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 500.00-550.00 per week

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
