Crown Hair Studio, a well-established and recently refurbished salon in Chorlton, Manchester, is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Barber to join our team. We pride ourselves on offering a friendly and calm, yet professional atmosphere where our clients can relax and enjoy top-quality grooming services.

Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional grooming services, including haircuts, shaves, and beard trims, to clients of all ages and styles Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in men's grooming and hairstyling Maintain a clean and well-organised work environment, adhering to strict sanitation and sterilisation practices Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to Crown Hair Studio Participate in salon events and promotions to help attract new clients and grow our business
Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience as a professional barber, with a focus on men's grooming Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to connect with clients and colleagues alike Proficiency in a range of grooming techniques, including haircuts, shaves, and beard trims Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide junior barbers Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and evenings as required
