We're recruiting for a Bathroom Sales Designer for our new upcoming 20,000 sq ft state of the art Blackburn showroom.

Utilising cutting edge technology, modern transport fleets, integrated systems and inspirational showroom, Tile Centre is new to Kitchens and Bathrooms with exciting plans for continued growth across all areas of the business.

We're looking for a Bathroom Sales Designer, to design and sell award winning bathrooms to customers. Previous Bathroom experience is beneficial in this role as we believe in growing our talent. We will provide full training when you join, so to start, you'll be enrolled onto our 4-week Bathroom Sales Consultant Training course. You'll begin your journey in the showroom, learning about our products and our systems and completing an e-learning programme.

As our Bathroom Designer you will also have:

A proven track record for achieving targets and maximising all sales opportunities through a consultative-selling style Experience in sales and design using recognised industry CAD systems A full UK driving licence and your own transport as you will be visiting customers homes (essential) Determination and a precise professional attitude Excellent written and spoken communication skills Listen and capture customer requirements to ensure design meets or exceeds expectations Generate inspirational designs from customer requirements using our 3D CAD software Follow up on customer enquiries who are yet to book showroom appointments Adherence to compliance processes as directed by the Showroom Manager

Pay: 20,000.00-30,000.00 per year
