Saute and Soak provides stunning designs and exemplar service to our clients, delivering amazing, British-made furniture to both domestic and trade customers across the Nottingham and South Yorkshire areas. We service our clients by taking exacting design briefs and producing outstanding designs to meet the briefs, considering client wishes and installation requirements to ensure a smooth and seamless client journey.

Summary

We are seeking a Senior Kitchen Designer to join our team at Saute and Soak. This role is pivotal in guiding clients through the design process of their dream kitchens, ensuring that every detail aligns with our high standards of quality. The position is based in our Worksop Showroom, where you will have the opportunity to work closely with clients and contribute to their home transformation journey.

About the Role

Collaborate with clients to understand their kitchen design needs and preferences. Create detailed kitchen designs using CAD software and Sketchup. Present design concepts to clients, incorporating feedback into final designs. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality. Assist in the selection of materials, finishes, and appliances for kitchen installations. Stay updated on industry trends and innovations in kitchen design. Contacting new leads to invite them into the showroom to demonstrate to them the outstanding kitchens and features. Liaising with live sites where installs are being completed and giving clients very high levels of service.
The sales process is managed within a CRM system that assists with the quantity of clients in the pipeline from enquiry to closed sale, with high levels of autonomy in your role to bring business results in.

About the Team

You will report directly to the showroom owner who works in the showroom with you and the wider team. The business is growth focused, is very tight-knit, and works closely with each other for the success of the business to delight our clients and give them excellent service.

You will need:

Proven experience as a Luxury Kitchen Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of completed projects. The ability to follow a sales process and use a CRM system. Proficiency in CAD software and Sketchup for creating detailed designs. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once. Basic mathematical skills for accurate measurements and calculations.
