We are seeking a skilled and passionate Senior Beauty Therapist and Beauty lecturer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of beauty treatments and services, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction. As a Senior Beauty Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality beauty services while providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will be responsible for preparing Level 2 & 3 Beauty VTCT Students 1 day a week.
Responsibilities
Perform a variety of beauty treatments, including facials, body treatments, and Aesthetic Treatments.
Maintain a clean and organised treatment area, ensuring hygiene standards are met at all times.
Provide personalised consultations to clients, understanding their needs and recommending appropriate services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and customer service skills.
Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and techniques to provide clients with the best possible experience.
Assist in training junior therapists and share knowledge of best practices within the team.
Handle client bookings and manage schedules efficiently to maximise service delivery.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist with a strong KNOWLEDGE OF LEVEL 2 AND Level 3 Beauty Treatments.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English. Additionally, you will be able to sell products and treatments.
Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
A passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to continuous professional development.
Knowledge of VTCT Criteria for Teaching students, assessment and Teaching Level 2 & 3 Beauty Treatments.
Relevant qualifications in beauty therapy or equivalent certifications are preferred.
