We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Senior Beauty Therapist to join our esteemed team. Duties

Perform a variety of beauty treatments including facials, waxing, manicures, pedicures, and specialised skincare procedures. Provide professional advice on skincare routines and product recommendations customised to each client. Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety in accordance with industry regulations. Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and communication skills. Keep accurate records of treatments administered and client preferences on software. Assist in training junior staff members and sharing expert knowledge within the team. Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products to ensure the delivery of innovative services.

Experience

Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist with a minimum of three years working in a professional salon or spa environment. Demonstrable expertise in makeup application, skincare treatments, and customer service excellence. Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse clients. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced setting. A recognised qualification in Beauty Therapy or equivalent is essential. Additional skills such as specialised facial techniques are desirable but not mandatory.
