Responsibilities
Perform a variety of beauty treatments including facials, waxing, manicures, pedicures, and specialised skincare procedures.
Apply makeup with precision and creativity to meet client preferences and occasions.
Provide personalised consultations to recommend suitable treatments and products tailored to individual needs.
Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in all treatment areas, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Deliver outstanding customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring client satisfaction.
Keep detailed records of treatments performed and client preferences for future reference.
Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product knowledge through ongoing professional development.
Assist in promoting retail products to enhance clients' skincare routines and overall experience.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist with a strong portfolio of treatments performed.
Proficiency in makeup application with an eye for colour matching and artistic detail.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and ensure client loyalty.
Fluency in English is essential for clear communication within the team and with clients.
Relevant qualifications or certifications in beauty therapy recognised within the industry.
Ability to work flexibly, including weekends or evenings if required, to accommodate client appointments.
