Competitive pay structure with uncapped commission

Hourly rate plus treatment commission Commission paid at

10%, 25% or 30%

What We're Looking For

A qualified level 3 beauty/spa therapist with a positive, professional attitude Someone reliable, motivated, and proactive with a strong "can-do" approach A passionate person who takes pride in their appearance and can be an inspiration to both clients and team members A team player who genuinely enjoys making clients feel valued and cared for A therapist who wants the support of a larger salon group without the feel of a large-scale spa Someone eager to learn new treatments and build long-term client relationships

Working Hours

We are happy to consider both full-time and part-time applications. Full-time positions are five days per week, with part-time roles available at three days per week. We are also open to job-share opportunities, so working hours may be flexible depending on applicant availability.

The Sally Montague Hair Group operates seven salons across Derbyshire (salon number 8 is opening this Spring in Uttoxeter). Established in 1983, we are a premium, award-winning business known for creativity, innovation, and excellence in both hair and spa services.

Experience with these brands is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Pay: 12.50-16.90 per hour
