We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Senior Beauty Therapist to join our esteemed team. Duties
Perform a variety of beauty treatments including facials, waxing, manicures, pedicures, and specialised skincare procedures
Apply makeup for clients on request, ensuring a flawless finish
Offer personalised consultations to recommend suitable treatments and products based on individual client needs
Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in all treatment areas in accordance with health and safety regulations
Build strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business
Keep up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products
Assist in training junior staff members and sharing expert knowledge within the team
Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximise client satisfaction and operational productivity
Delivering outstanding customer service with every client interaction
Conducting professional consultations to assess client needs and recommend suitable treatments
Maintaining accurate and confidential client records
Advising clients on aftercare and recommending retail products to support treatment results
Supporting the wider team and contributing to a positive salon atmosphere
Assisting with stock monitoring and replenishment
Skills
NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent qualification)
Strong communication and customer service skills, in person and over the phone
Ability to work to consistently high standards within commercial timeframes
A proactive and reliable team player with a professional attitude
Eagerness to learn and stay updated on the latest beauty and aesthetic trends
Passionate about helping clients look and feel their bestProven experience as a Beauty Therapist with a comprehensive understanding of various beauty treatments
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English
Strong communication skills to explain treatments clearly and build rapport with clients
Organised, professional, and attentive to detail to ensure high standards of service are maintained
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to adapt to new techniques and ongoing training opportunities
