Concept Esthetics & Beauty is a luxury salon dedicated to delivering the highest standard of treatments and client experience. We are currently seeking a passionate, experienced Senior Beauty Therapist to join our growing team on a self-employed, commission-based basis.

About the Role:

We are looking for a well-rounded beauty therapist with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a salon environment. The ideal candidate will be confident and skilled in a range of treatments, with a particular passion for massage, facials, nails, and overall beauty therapy. You'll be working in a supportive, professional, and elegant environment where client care is at the heart of everything we do.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivering a range of beauty treatments to a high standard Providing exceptional customer service and personalised care Maintaining a clean and professional work area Supporting client retention and satisfaction Managing your own appointment bookings and schedule (if required)
Requirements:

Minimum 5 years' salon experience NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy (or equivalent) Strong skills in massage, facials, nails, and general beauty treatments Immaculate personal presentation and hygiene Friendly, professional, and client-focused attitude Willingness to work on a self-employed, commission-based model Availability for part-time or full-time work
