Job Description

We are looking for a senior beauty therapist to join our team in our busy High Street location in the village of Barrow upon Soar. We have an established client base and a range of premium products. We aim to provide a spa-quality experience to our customers, which finds our customers returning again and again. We are offing a guaranteed basic or fee split on a self employed basis.

We are looking for a therapist that can:
- Provide a wide range of beauty services including waxing and threading, eyebrow and lash tints and Lash Lift.

- Perform massages to include hot stones, deep tissue and Swedish massage,
- Perform manicures and pedicures, including nail shaping, cuticle care, and polish application (with both gel and regular nail polish),
- Conduct facials and skincare treatments, using our spa-quality products,
- Recommend and sell beauty products to clients based on their needs and preferences (sales of which will earn the candidate commission),
- Maintain a clean and organised work area

- Qualifications in microneedling and Dermaplaning are a bonus but not essentia.

- Proven experience as a Beautician or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of beauty products and trends
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the beauty industry

Spa experience would be helpful
