SENIOR BEAUTY THERAPIST

I opened Perfection in 2011, and today we are a multi award-winning clinic based just outside Malmesbury, Wiltshire, set in a peaceful farm location. It's a calm, beautiful place to work, and somewhere both our clients and our team genuinely enjoy spending their day.

We specialise in laser hair removal, advanced skin treatments, aesthetics, electrolysis, wellbeing and beauty. We're proud to be highly respected locally, with over 450 five-star Google reviews, built on consistency, care and doing things properly.

Our team are a huge part of Perfection's success. Many of our therapists have been with us for over ten years, which says a lot about how we work and how people are treated here.

How we work

We care deeply about standards, teamwork and client experience. Every detail matters, from how clients are greeted to how treatments are delivered and followed up.

I'm an experienced therapist myself, so I understand the realities of the role. I believe people do their best work when expectations are clear, feedback is regular, and everyone takes pride in what they do.

The role

This is a hands-on therapy role delivering consistently high-quality treatments and exceptional client experiences.

You'll enjoy a wide variety of treatments, not the same thing all day, every day, and you'll work with regular, loyal clients you genuinely get to know and look after.

You'll be trusted to work professionally, be passionate about building a diary full of clients who choose to rebook with you, and contribute positively to the wider team.

We're looking for someone who genuinely cares about doing a great job, loves learning, and is passionate about the beauty, skin and aesthetics industry.

Full training is provided where needed.

Hours and working pattern

Full-time or part-time, 16-35 hours per week Clinic open Monday to Saturday Two evenings per week until 9pm Alternate Saturdays 9am-2pm Fridays finish at 5.30pm No Sundays No Bank Holidays Two-week Christmas shutdown every year
